Through the incredible 10 week programme at TRAMPOLINE Cafe refugees gain valuable local work experience and job readiness skills, setting them on the path to integration into the UK workforce and broader society.

This program is not just about job training; it's about empowering individuals to thrive and succeed. Participants learn essential management skills and have the opportunity to develop their chosen talents, ensuring they are equipped to pursue their dreams and aspirations. Whether it's mastering the art of being a barista or honing their customer service skills, its a commitment to helping refugees unlock their full potential.

We additionally support our participants after they complete the program. We provide employment opportunities within our company or assist them in finding suitable employers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to build a brighter future.
