GENERAL TERMS

NEMI Teas Limited (“the Company”) provides natural, high quality whole leaf tea and other tea related products throughout the UK and abroad. This document lays out the general terms and conditions that apply to all customers (you/your) when purchasing our products online or offline basis.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 7 working days following purchase of your goods. You will receive a full refund excluding any postage and packaging costs for the order if the charge was levied in your original order.

The product(s) must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Only then we will refund the money or replace the product. Any delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Company. Please contact NEMI Teas by email sayhello@nemiteas.com for information about returning items to us.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the subjective nature of palate preference, we do not issue full refunds or replacements for dissatisfaction with a specific blend, provided the product meets our high-grade quality standards. Nevertheless, we offer a 50% discretionary refund, contingent upon the physical return of the product at their own cost to our facility for quality control verification. All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made.

REPLACEMENTS

In any such case where delivery of goods has been made with proof of delivery provided to you the onus is passed on to you. In case deliveries have been misplaced, you must notify us within 5 working days so we can attempt to resolve it with the couriers. After the 5 working day period it is assumed that delivery has been successful and the goods have been received by you.
