    Fallow describe themselves as ‘conscious gastronomy’, and have become a highly established name in the industry since being founded in 2019. Their large menu offers something for everyone, and is divided into plant, sea and land.

2. Mallow, Borough Market & Canary Wharf

Mallow are one of the few fine dining restaurants that can call themselves 100% plant-based. Located in both Borough Market and Canary Wharf, their menus are inspired by the flavours of the world, and they work with small, local producers to provide seasonal and responsible plates from breakfast to dessert.

3. Silo, Hackney Wick

The idea behind Silo - ’not having a bin’ - originated in Australia in 2011, and has gone on to take the form of the world’s first zero-waste restaurant. Based in Hackney Wick, Silo has its own flour mill and on-site brewery, in line with their ambition to reduce food miles and over-processing, whilst retaining as many nutrients in their food as possible.

4. Perilla, Newington Green

Perilla’s food is a “modern interpretation of classical European flavours” and they change their menu daily to reflect the seasons’ offerings. Try their Blackberry and Mint Margarita for a delicious twist on the classic recipe!

5. The Buxton, Brick Lane

Chef Melissa Helmsley named this Hotel & Pub as the perfect place to enjoy a scotch egg and a glass of wine. Their sustainable practices include growing herbs in their rooftop garden, and have won them several accreditations.

Spring’s elegant, clean aesthetic makes it a great location for a special occasion. Talented Chef and Owner Skye Gyngell is a leader in sustainability, and in 2019 made Spring London’s first single-use plastic-free restaurant.

Scottish Adam Handling is the Head Chef and Owner of Frog - a zero-waste restaurant that aims to showcase the best of Britain’s seasonal ingredients. Opt for the Tasting Menu with matching wines for a truly special and unique experience!

7. Native, Mayfair

Owners Imogen and Ivan are passionate about foraging, growing and sourcing the best possible ingredients that our local landscape has to offer. Native’s stunning outdoor courtyard makes an excellent backdrop for its innovative menu which changes based on what needs used up in the kitchens.
